Attorney
Attorney Simon is the president and managing attorney at the Simon Law Group, P.A. He is a member of the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida and has dedicated most of his professional and academic career to carving a niche practice in mortuary law. Attorney Simon currently specializes in Personal Injury Law, Wrongful Death Law, and Funeral Service Law.

Born and raised in the Tampa Bay Area, Attorney Xanquila L. McKinnon is a dedicated legal advocate with a strong commitment to justice and community service. She attended the University of Central Florida, where she graduated in 2019 with a degree in Legal Studies. Her early passion for law and public service was evident during her time at UCF, where she took on multiple internships to expand her legal experience.
